Acceptable use
Users agree to use Bridge IR only for lawful, legitimate business purposes. Misuse—including unauthorized access, abuse of the platform, or any activity that harms other users or the service—is prohibited and may result in suspension.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, the security of their account credentials, and all activity occurring under their account. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.
Intellectual property
Bridge IR retains ownership of the platform, its software, branding, and proprietary methodologies. Customers retain ownership of the data they upload. No intellectual property rights are transferred except as expressly stated in these terms.
Platform availability
Bridge IR strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the platform. We are not liable for outages or disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridge IR’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the service during the relevant period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Account termination
Either party may terminate access in accordance with these terms. Upon termination, customer data is handled per our retention and deletion practices. Certain provisions, including ownership and limitation of liability, survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
